The Soft shell Crabs are being bathed by Michael in a spicy Thai coconut sauce over lo-mien!  Happy! Happy!  Red fish is in and beautiful with a Caribbean twist, as well as local pork tenderloin being stuffed with apples, Gorgonzola and macadamia nuts.....oh yeah!  Oh, and before I forget, can we talk about the chocolate-brownie-white chocolate gelato?  Yeah, you can finish with some of that too!!!!
