Winding Down August

Hey folks, this week Chef Michael has some NC Black Grouper, he's putting on the peanut crust and adding his ever famous coconut-yellow curry-kaffir lime-mango sauce to it.   He's also had some friends crawl into the back door this week.  Yes, the Thai Lobster is back with sticky rice, NC Shrimp and a red curry-chili-scallop sauce. 

Tis the Season for vintage changes on the wine list.....get ready for some AMAZING new arrivals.  Gayle and Margie have been tasting new vintages as well as some new wines.  Keep your eyes open, they should be hitting the list by late September or early October!  Also, get ready to chew your way thru some yummy Porters, Stouts and Oktoberfest beers we have coming our way!  CHEERS!
