Welcome to Maximillian's Grill!  The specials for the week of May 1, are as follows.....

Soup - Lobster Bisque with poached baby shrimp
To Begin -
Tempura Tuna Roll - with wasibi, pickled ginger & soy
Cornmeal Fried Oyster Salad - with corn, red & green pepper and chipotle aioli
Smoked Veal Ravioli - with roast garlic, smoked paprika, andouli pan sauce
Entrees -
NY Strip - Dry aged and cold smoked with a goat cheese-spinach-potato croquette, asparagus and a smoked paprika-andouli-mushroom saute
Mesquite Grilled Veal Chop - over a smoked mushroom ravioli with a portabello-marsala sauce
Sesame & Scallion Crust Snapper & Sneads Ferry Clams - over sticky rice in a spicy garlic-black bean-baby shrimp sauce
Thai Bouillabaisse - Clams, mussels, shrimp, calamari and grouper over lo mein noodles in a spicy curry shellfish broth with ginger and kaffir lime
