Ahhh, Fall is here and so are some outrageous menu items.  Starting with dessert, Margie has been baking Asian Spiced Pear tart with Michael's honey vanilla gelato and fresh Carmel...Also a Dutch Apple Cheesecake and Gayle is into the pumpkin and Grand Mariner creme brulee!  Keep your eyes open for the return of the Ginger-Honey Duck soon to come.  Michael also has been playing around with Pork Shank, slow roasted with mint cous-cous in a Moroccan saute!
